WHERE DO I RETURN BORROWED MATERIALS?
When your materials are due, you can return them to any Rockford Public Library location, regardless of where you originally checked them out.
CAN I RENEW MATERIALS?
You may renew any item twice, as long as it is not on “hold” for another patron.
THERE ARE 3 WAYS TO RENEW AN ITEM:
– In person at any of the Library’s five locations
– Via telephone through our automated renewal line at 815-965-9511
– Online through your account on the Library’s online catalog
