815 Choose Civility is a multilayered project involving the media, public institutions and the private sector that promotes and teaches civility as an antidote to civic dysfunction. It may seem like such a simple premise, but kindness movements have been proven to work in other cities, so lets give it a shot! Perhaps if we all take the time to promote and embody positiveness things will start to turn around in Rockford.
