The 24-hour-a-day, 7-days a week AskAway answering service is staffed by hundreds of librarians across the country who work together to provide this service. Through AskAway, experienced librarians help you find what you need when YOU need it.

AskAway Librarians can co-browse web pages and databases with you to help you find useful information. Your questions can be referred to local and national experts for further follow-up when appropriate. You can even receive transcripts of chat sessions via your e-mail to refer to later.
