Rockford Public Library Partners with OSF Center for Health to Offer

Introductory Piloxing class on tap for July 16th

Rockford Public Library, in conjunction with OSF Center for Health, will host a free introduction to Piloxing® on Wednesday, July 16th, 2014 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the Nordlof Center Rehearsal Room, 118 N. Main. Piloxing® combines the stretching of Pilates with the core workout of boxing and adds exciting music and dance moves to the experience. The class is open to ages 18 and up. Registration is not required.
