Rockford Public Library debuts new digital service

S&P Capital IQ NetAdvantage database to give patrons online access to business, investment and financial data.

Rockford Public Library will host a presentation on its new digital service, S&P Capital IQ NetAdvantage database on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. at the East Branch Library, 6685 E. State St., in the Friends Community Meeting Room. Dan Sovocool, the S&P Capital IQ representative of Illinois, will discuss NetAdvantage and how it may help users. Key topics that will be discussed are: making better investment and business decisions, understanding business and personal finance, preparing for job interviews as well as developing business plans. This program is free and open to ages 18 and older. Registration is not required.

NetAdvantage S&P’s online service will be available at all Rockford Public locations for both in library and remote access use on January 15.
