Friends of Rockford Public Library to Hold Spring Book Sale May 16 - 17

The Friends of Rockford Public Library will hold their semi-annual spring book sale on Friday and Saturday, May 16 - 17, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in the Main Library Auditorium, 215 N. Wyman St. A special preview sale for members of the Friends of Rockford Public Library will be held Thursday, May 15, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. A Friends membership may be purchased at the door for $5.00.

 

The Spring Book Sale will include fiction and non-fiction, paperback and hardcover, magazines, videos and records, and a huge selection of children’s and books on various subjects.  Book prices range from $0.25 to a $1.00. Money raised from the sale will go toward purchasing special equipment and materials that support Rockford Public Library's programs and services.
