Rockford Public Library Hosts "How to Buy a Computer" Workshop

How much memory do you need? What is processing speed? These and other questions will be answered at Rockford Public Library’s “How to Buy a Computer” workshop on Thursday, September 13, 2007 from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Rock Valley College Professor Tom Lombardo will explain in easy-to-understand terms what memory, storage and processing speed are and what you need to know before buying a computer. Experience with the Internet is required. Participants must be 18 years or older to attend and registration is required.  This event will be held at the Main Library, 215 N. Wyman St. in Room A (Enter from Mulberry St).
