Rockford Public Library Closed Independence Day
Celebrate Stars and Stripes program offered July 3 at Rockton Centre Branch
All Rockford Public Library locations will be closed Saturday, July 4, 2009 in observance of Independence Day.
Additionally, children are invited to “Celebrate Stars and Stripes” on July 3 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Rockford Public Library’s Rockton Centre Branch, 3112 N. Rockton Ave. In celebration of Independence Day, children will read stories, play games and make a craft. All ages are welcome and registration is not required. Snacks will be provided. This program is free and open to the public.
