Friends of Rockford Public Library Holds Big Blowout Sale – August 4 and 5

Book lovers, book collectors and savvy bargain book hunters will be excited about the Friends of Rockford Public Library’s Big Blowout Sale on Friday, August 4 from 10 am – 4 pm and Saturday, August 5 from 10 am – 2 pm in the Main Library Auditorium, 215 N. Wyman St. (Enter from Mulberry St.)

Thousands of gently-used and like-new books and CDs will sell for 25 cents on Friday, and on Saturday, shoppers can fill up a bag for $2.00. In addition, all items in the Friends Main Library bookstore will be half-priced!

Money raised from the sale will go toward purchasing special equipment and materials that support Rockford Public Library's programs and services. For more information, please contact the Friends at 815-987-6699.
