Who Qualifies
Graduating senior, resident of Winnebago County, 2.75 or higher GPA, and shows financial need. (Financial need is defined as having an EFC of less than 3000 for this scholarship.) May attend a college, university or trade school. Renewable for four years as long as criteria are met.
