The Winnebago County Veterans Association will award scholarships to graduating seniors this spring, most likely in early April. Forms should be made available by the end of January, 2013, or you can call 815-987-2544 and ask for a scholarship committee member.
Who Qualifies
Seniors graduating from a school in Winnebago County. Applicant needs to be a relative of a veteran. This scholarship is not need-based.
