Description
La Voz Latina offers a scholarship program for Latino high school seniors pursuing higher education. Application forms and all details are available from La Voz Latina. All documents must be received by La Voz Latina before 4:00 p.m. on the deadline.
Who Qualifies
An enrolled senior, of Hispanic descent, at a Winnebago or Boone County high school, and must be a resident of Winnebago or Boone County. Must have a minimum GPA or 2.5 out of 4.0 and fulfill all requirements of the application process. Criteria for award selection includes, but is not limited to, academic achievement, involvement in school and community activities, and financial need.
Requirements
Classification as a graduating senior by the time award is granted, followed by enrollment at an accredited college or university.
